Overview

Our meeting rooms are different, because they offer a quiet air conditioned environment with premium lighting and sound, as well as advanced AV options.

Meetings can be recorded onto a DVD, presentations can be displayed from a laptop or a document camera on a large plasma screen, or audio conferences can be connected using our high end equipment.

Facilities

TELEPORT operates four dedicated video conferencing rooms. Positioned away from street noise, air-conditioned and with premium lighting and acoustics, the rooms offer superior video conferencing experience and comfort. Click on the room plan to see picture gallery of the room.

Small rooms, for 1-2 participants.

Medium room, for up to 10 participants

Large room, for up to 20 participants.

Options

+ DVD recording – your meeting can be recorded onto a DVD, for later review or to keep a record.
+ Laptop presentation – content from a laptop can be displayed on a large screen.
+ Document camera – used to show printed material and objects on a large screen.
+ Webcasting – meeting can be viewed online by an unlimited number of viewers, live or on-demand.
+ Custom layout – tables and chairs in rooms can be positioned to suit your requirements.
+ Legal videography – We can provide an experienced videographer and/or stenographer for your proceedings or deposition.
+ Candidate assessment – quiet room with PC, support and supervision, per your instruction.

  • Small room

    + Normal hours, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday – £68/hour
    + Premium hours, 6am-9am and 6pm-9pm Monday to Friday – £64/hour
    + Crazy hours, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and any time weekends and holidays – £88/hour

  • Medium room

    + Normal hours, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday – £56/hour
    + Premium hours, 6am-9am and 6pm-9pm Monday to Friday – £80/hour
    + Crazy hours, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and any time weekends and holidays – £104/hour

  • Large room

    + Normal hours, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday – £72/hour
    + Premium hours, 6am-9am and 6pm-9pm Monday to Friday – £96/hour
    + Crazy hours, 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and any time weekends and holidays – £120/hour

  • Additional Options

    + Offline bookings fee – £20
    + Video conferencing – room charges plus 20%
    + Audio conferencing – room charges plus 10%
    + DVD recording – £20/hour
    + Laptop presentation (VGA connection, Scan Converter) – £20

    + Custom layout – £100 set-up fee

    + Online bookings – no booking fee
    + Audio conferencing only (no video) discount – 10%
    + Registered charities and educational discount – 10%
    + 4-hour bookings discount – 10%
    + 8-hour bookings discount – 20%
    + Note: discounts apply to hourly cost only

  • Conditions and Cancellations

    + Bookings cancelled more than two working days in advance – 0% charge
    + Bookings cancelled up to two working days in advance – 50% charge
    + Bookings cancelled one working day or less in advance – 100% charge
    + Minimum one hour booking
    + Overtime is charged in 15 minute slots
    + Prices exclude VAT
